A portal and a day that symbolizes alignment, clarity, and stepping into a new energetic cycle. So I wanted to share the simple grounding breathing technique that you can use throughout the rest of the month, especially during the holiday chaos. This time of year can feel over-stimulating. Busy schedules, family dynamics, different expectations, emotional triggers, all the noise. Your breath is the fastest way to come home to yourself. No matter what's happening around you, no matter where you are, no matter who you're around. You always have your breath. Spiritually, twelve twelve is known as an energetic portal. It's also the last big one of the year. It's like a moment of clarity, completion, and alignment. It's almost like the universe is handing them a reset button and saying, What are you still carrying that you don't need? And who are you becoming next? And even if you're not into the spiritual or numerology side of it, think of today as a natural pause, a symbolic moment before the holidays and before the new year, where you can reset your nervous system, reflect, and reconnect with your intention. That's why the breathing technique we're doing today is the extended exhale breath. Because it matches the energy of 1212 perfectly. It slows the nervous system down, it clears the noise, and it helps you step into what's next with intention instead of overwhelming. So here's how it works. You inhale for a count of three, and you exhale for a count of six. The magic isn't in the numbers, it's in the exhale. That's what tells and signals your nervous system to hear and feel you're safe. You can soften, you can release. Now I invite you to do this guided breathing technique with me. And we are going to inhale for a count of three and exhale for a count of six. Okay, do it with me. Inhale, two, three, exhale, two, three, four, five, six. And again, inhale, two, three, exhale, two, three, four, five, six, one more time. Inhale, two, three, exhale, two, three, four, five, six. Sigh out. Let your breath return to normal. This breathing technique is tiny. It's short, but it's powerful. You can use it anytime you feel overwhelmed in the car before going inside somewhere. If someone triggers you, when you're overstimulated, or when your mind doubt spiraling. You can always tap back into your breath. On its 12-12 quarter, let this breath be your reminder. That you're allowed to slow down. You're allowed to reset. And you're allowed to choose how you show up for the rest of the year.
